About me.

Hi, I’m Jodhi, and for over 15 years I struggled with emetophobia and anxiety. It had a huge impact on my life, particularly during my teenage years. I missed out on socialising, I used to dread travelling, avoided eating at restaurants, and struggled to be fully present with friends and family. My world kept getting smaller and smaller and I truly believed I would have to live like this forever.

I tried every avenue I could to get over my fear. Then I found The Thrive Programme®, and it changed everything. I finally understood why I had emetophobia in the first place, and what I needed to change in order to overcome it. Within just a few weeks I started to feel better and was able to do things I had avoided for years.

That brings me to now, where I help people achieve the same freedom. I know how isolating emetophobia can feel, and I know how much it means to talk to somebody who truly understands. I’m here to help you get your life back from emetophobia.
